The Alistair Hulett Memorial Trust has made an award to assist with the expenses involved in making a documentary film aboutProtest in Harmony https://www.protestinharmony.org.uk/, a radical community choir based in Edinburgh.

The film includes performances at  the Anti-Racism Demonstration at Glasgow (Stand Up to Racism in Scotland, March 2017), at the Street Choirs’ Festival in Kendal (June 2017) and at the demonstration against Nuclear Weapons in Faslane (July 2017). The documentary not only provides an insight into the activities of Protest in Harmony, but also a consideration of the broader context of political choirs throughout the UK.
